The Residences at 50 Mavis Street in Pawtucket are five newly-built townhouse condominiums available to homebuyers that earn up to 120% of the Area Median Income. These two bedroom plus private office units stand on a former vacant, blighted urban site and introduce homeownership within close proximity to a commercial corridor and a newly built elementary school. This is the second phase of PCF Development’s Pleasantview project that included the preservation and rehabilitation of 14 homeownership units that were sold in 2021.
