50 Mavis Street Condominiums

The residences at 50 Mavis Street in Pawtucket are five newly-built townhouse condominiums, available to homebuyers that earn up to 120% of the Area Median Income. This is the second phase of PCF Development’s Pleasantview project that included the preservation and rehabilitation of 14 homeownership units that were sold in 2021.
