*There is a drop-slot available for paperwork to be dropped-off outside of open hours.
Parking: Off-street parking is available in the lot adjacent to the building and in the dirt lot between the office and Healthtrax.
Public Transportation: Our office is conveniently located on the RIPTA bus line, which stops 0.2 miles away at the Radisson Hotel Providence Airport.
Accessibility: Our office is accessible via a ramp at the rear of the building. Please ring the doorbell located at the interior door to be let in.
