| PROJECT DESCRIPTION: |
| WNDC's highly recognized Constitution Hill neighborhood revitalization project was completed in three phases from 1994 through 2004.
Today, there are 110 units of family rental apartments scattered throughout the neighborhood in 30 restored turn-of-the-century mill workers' houses.
This development has one to five bedroom apartments with rents ranging from $325 to $675; some apartments are set-up as "live-work" and serve as home day care centers for the community's children. |
